Feel What You Feel

Are you the manager of the hotel of your mind

Renting vacant rooms for this city's thoughts to find

Or turning them away to wander all in the night?

Maybe another time, you're clearly occupied

I wanna walk as a child of the light

I wanna talk like I'm all bark no bite

I wanna know that I'm doing it right

I wanna feel what you feel justified

Are you the traveler of both time and space

Dancing through sunlight and shadows with grace

Do you still look at real life in the face

Even when all that's right gets erased?

For way too long I've let the fever fester in my mind

It lingered longer than it should have let me fall behind

Spinning our spiderwebs, you stuck to your own design

You are the forgiveness that you can't ever seem to find
